Speaking ahead of Monday's 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifier against Ghana, coach Raoul Savoy said his team is aiming for their revenge.

He, however, admits that the showdown with the Black Stars will be tough.

"[We are not] forgetting our September game where we played well but lost at the end on a contestable goal. It will be a very close game, and I hope it's our turn to get our revenge.

"We will benefit from [the full complement of our squad] because no one was injured, which is a good thing. My players are ready and eager to do something,” coach Raoul Savoy said.

The showdown between Ghana and Central African Republic will be played today at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.

The game kicks off at 7pm.
