Ghana international Daniel Afriyie Barnieh has reacted to FC Zurich’s 2-2 stalemate against Servette in the Swiss top-flight.
The former Hearts of Oak attacker started the game and lasted 69 minutes as his outfit shared the spoils at the Stade de Genève on Saturday.
After the game, the Black Meteors skipper took to social media expressed with his outfit stalemate in the week 2 fixture.
“Good game yesterday, would've been great to cap it off with the 3️⃣points but we'd take the point in good faith and move onto the next 🔵⚪" he posted on Facebook sighted by Footballghana.com.
FC Zurich opened the scoring through Fabian Rohner after just 11 minute and held onto the lead until recess.
Nigerian international Ifeanyi Matthew doubled the visitors lead in the encounter after founding the back of the net in the 57th minute.
But a spirited performance saw Servette cancel out the two goals to settle for a draw in the clash.
Chris Bedia pulled one back in the 63rd minute before Dereck Kutesa found the back of the net four minutes to full time.
