Ghanaian lower-tier side Tudu Mighty Jets touch down in Portugal for Iber Cup tournament

Ghanaian club, Tudu Mighty Jets has arrived safely in Portugal for a training and exposure tour.

The club while in the European country will participate in the Iber Cup tournament.

From information gathered from ace Ghanaian journalist and ex-Ghana FA Communications Director Ibrahim Sannie Daara, the trip was arranged by Mighty Jets former player Sherrif Deen Mohammed.

The former player who is now a FIFA agent, organised the trip for the club to help expose the players to scouts of European clubs.

During the club’s stay in Portugal, they will be involved in several activities including site-seeing.

Some players will hope to secure moves at the end of the Iber Cup tournament.

In the off-season, some other Ghanaian clubs are planning foreign trips to provide exposure for their players and also prepare for the 2024/25 campaign.
