The Bundesliga team has reportedly agreed to a deal with Sogndal, valued at €3.3 million, with an additional €1.2 million in potential add-ons, to acquire the services of the 18-year-old.

Baidoo, who is expected to sign a long-term contract with the Austrian champions, will join the team starting from the 2024/25 season.

Having joined Sogndal in March 2024, Baidoo has made a significant impact during his short stint with the Norwegian club. He originally signed with Sogndal after leaving Ghanaian Division Two side AsanSka Football Club.
