In the CAF Confederations Cup campaign of Dreams FC, Abdul Aziz Issah scored four goals and provided two assists in 12 games to help his team to reach the semi-finals.
It is understood that he has been monitored by Bayer Leverkusen in the last few months due to his displays.
The club is believed to be interested in the player and has contacted Dreams FC over the possibility of signing him in the summer transfer window.
