Inter Allies midfielder Paul Abanga has expressed his delight after putting pen to paper on a new contract ahead of the start of the new season.

Abanga penned a one-year deal, with the option of a further season to make him the longest serving member of the current squad.

He joined the Eleven is to One lads prior to the start of the 2015/16 season and has made 59 appearances for the Tema based side.

"Inter Allies is part of my system, it’s my family now and I am delighted to have signed a new contract," he told the club's official website.

"I will always continue to give my best as I see the Club as the perfect environment for me to develop my career."
