The management of Medeama SC has opened up on the decision to appoint former Asante Kotoko goalkeeper Isaac Amoako as the goalkeeper’s trainer of the team.
The club announced the appointment of the goalkeepers’ trainer on Monday, August 5, stating that Amoako has signed a two-year deal.
“Medeama Sporting Club is delighted to announce the appointment of Isaac Amoako as our new goalkeeper coach. Amoako joins us on a two-year contract, bringing a wealth of experience and a proven track record,” the Ghana Premier League club said in a statement.
In the club statement, Medeama SC said the club is confident Isaac Amoako will have a positive impact on the team using his experience and approach to coaching.
“We are confident that Isaac Amoako’s experience and approach to coaching will have a positive impact on the team. The Medeama SC community eagerly anticipates the positive influence he will bring to the club, and we look forward to achieving new heights in the upcoming season,” part of a statement from Medeama SC said.
