The head coach of Nations Football Club, Kassim Mingle has indicated that his team wanted to get a win in the game against Legon Cities FC over the weekend.

Speaking after the game ended 1-1, the gaffer said it was disappointing his team missed out on securing the three points.

"While it's disappointing that we didn't secure all three points at home, I'm encouraged by the improved performance we displayed today, especially in terms of our goal-scoring,” Coach Kassim Mingle said.

The highly-rated gaffer continued, “We've been creating chances consistently, and now we're finding the back of the net more frequently, which is a positive step.

“Our team is a work in progress, but I'm confident that with time and continued effort, we will steadily improve and achieve our goals."

Up next for Coach Kassim Mingle and Nations FC, the team will take on Berekum Chelsea in the coming weekend.
