Premier League hopefuls Aduana Stars failed to build on their recent impressive performances in a Brong Ahafo regional Premier League derby on Sunday afternoon when they lose 1-2 to Bechem United away from home.
Bechem's striker Abednego Tetteh fired his side ahead in the first-half and Yaw Arnol added the second goal in the 39th minutes.
The visitors pulled a consolation in the 63rd minute when Bright Adjei headed home to make it 2-1.
Tetteh has scored the opener for the Hunters after 22 minutes through a pass by captain Issah Adamu who then converted on an one-on-one situation.
Tetteh then provided an assist to Yaw Arnol who increased the tally for Bechem late in the first-half which became the winning goal.
Aduana came back into the second-half much stronger but could only get a consolation from Bright Adjei.
