The head coach of Dreams Football Club, Abdul Karim Zito has indicated that despite his team’s exit from the MTN FA Cup, they have achieved a lot this season.
The tactician and his team got knocked out of the MTN FA Cup at the semi-final stage on Sunday after a 2-1 defeat to Bofoakwa Tano.
Speaking in his post-match interview, coach Abdul Karim Zito said his players did their best.
He admitted that playing in three competitions this season has been difficult.
“I have achieved [a lot this season] because sometimes when you defend your title you must be out before [this stage]. I combine three [competitions], playing at the same time and with these same players. Now injuries have affected me seriously but that is no excuse. That is why I said we did our best,” Coach Karim Zito said.
Following the MTN FA Cup exit, Dreams FC are now focused on a strong finish in the Ghana Premier League.
