Twenty-three players, Thirteen technical team members and other officials made the journey to Pretoria via Ethiopia Airlines.
Ghana goes into this encounter with a 3-1 advantage after defeating Namibia in Accra on Friday at the Accra Sports Stadium.
A brace from Doris Boaduwaa and a goal from skipper for the side, Portia Boakye ensured that the Black Queens recorded a 3-1 win.
The win mean Nora Hauptle and her side have gone 10 games unbeaten.
The game is scheduled for Tuesday, December 5 at the Lucas Moripe Stadium in Pretoria, South Africa.
