2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers: Black Stars train at Baba Yara Stadium ahead of Angola meeting
Black Stars training at Baba Yara Sports Stadium on Tuesday

The Black Stars of Ghana trained at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on Tuesday ahead of their game against Angola.

Ghana will host Angola this week in the first game of the qualifiers for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations tournament.

Yesterday, 10 Black Stars players who reported to camp held the team’s first training session at the Accra Sports Stadium.

Today, the team has trained at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium after moving camp to Kumasi.

The players in camp who trained include Frederick Asare and Joseph Wollacott, Abdul Fatawu Issahaku, Thomas Partey, Antoine Semenyo, Brandon Thomas-Asante, Ebenezer Annan, Jonas Adjetey, Tariq Lamptey, and Ibrahim Osman.

The others are Lawrence Ati-Zigi, Inaki Williams, Joseph Painstil, Abdul Mumin, Jerome Opoku, Kingsley Schindler, Alidu Seidu, Majeed Ashimeru, Abu Francis, Mohammed Salisu, Forson Amankwah and Mohammed Kudus.

Jordan Ayew and Elisha Owusu will join the team for training on Wednesday.
