Ghana will play their final match in Group C in the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations campaign against Comoros on Tuesday evening at Roumde Adjia Stadium in Garoua, the game will be played at 7:00 pm GMT. Ghana is in group C with the Atlas Lions, Comoros, and Gabon.

Comoros

Les Coelacantes, managed by coach Amir Abdou, have a good squad of players, most of whom play in France, and he will rely on the likes of Ali M'Madi, Youssouf M'Changama, and El Fardou Ben Nabouhane to surprise Ghana.

Comoros has lost their two games played in the group, 0-2 against Morocco (they managed to have 41% possession in this Africa Cup of Nations match at Stade Ahmadou Ahidjo), and 0-1 against the Panthers of Gabon.

Comoros had written history by qualifying to the TotalEnergies Africa Cup of Nations for the first time.

Ghana

This is Ghana’s final game in Group C and a big one, a make or break after losing 1-0 to Morocco on Monday afternoon, and drawing 1-1 with the Panthers of Gabon on Friday evening.

Ghana needs a victory against Comoros with some goals and hopes the other result on Tuesday evening that is Morocco vs Gabon is one that favours the Black Stars.

Coach Milovan Rajevac and captain Andre Ayew are however positive that the Black Stars can still advance to the next round.

News floating around is that midfielder Mohammed Kudus will not participate in the tournament because he is not match fit, according to Ajax manager Ten Hag.

Also striker Benjamin Tetteh has been banned for three games by CAf for punching a Gabonese player after Ghana’s game against the Panthers.
