Ghana skipper Andre Dede Ayew is happy after helping Swansea City beat Bristol City 1-0 in the English Championship on Saturday.

The 30-year-old lasted the entire duration of the game as the Swans sealed all three points to end Bristol City's slim top-six hopes and keep their Championship play-off hopes alive.

"3 points???1 more push! We keep believing ⚪️⚫️," he posted on twitter.

Connor Roberts scored the only goal of the game as Swansea had to hang on after the break, with Bristol City's Famara Diedhiou wasting a chance to equalise from the penalty spot.

The Welsh side moved up to seventh on the league table after Millwall dropped points away at Queens Park Rangers and will face Reading (away) in the last game of the season.

Swansea would need a win to stand any chance of qualification especially with Cardiff City set to play Hull City whose chances of staying in the league look impossible.

Ayew has made 44 appearances in all competitions this season for Swansea, scored 17 goals and provided six assists.
