The Ghana FA Cup champions secured a massive 2-1 away win over the Malian giants on Sunday and will head into the second leg with the advantage.
Stade Malien shot into the lead but the Ghanaian outfit staged a comeback to snatch an all-important victory over their opponent.
The Still Believe lads will host Stade Malien at the Baba Yara Stadium, and it presents Dreams FC with a significant advantage as they aim to progress further in the competition.
Dreams FC have now become the first Ghanaian club to secure an away win in CAF Competition after 24 years.
