Hearts of Oak on the path of achieving great things – Togbe Afede XIV

The majority shareholder of Hearts of Oak, Togbe Afede XIV, has assured that the club is on the path of achieving great things.

He made this remark after the newly built Commercial Centre was handed over to the Board of Directors of the club.

Board members of Hearts including Vincent Sowah-Odotei and Akwasi Agyemang were present for the inspecting and handing over ceremony.

After speaking confidently about the club’s commitment to assemble the best football squad possible, Togbe Afede added that better days are ahead for Hearts of Oak.

“I want to assure all of our stakeholders that this is just the beginning," he said. "Great things will happen for Accra Hearts of Oak,” he added.

Hearts of Oak finished 14th in the 18-team league standings in the 2023-2024 Ghana Premier League season.

With the 2024/25 Ghana Premier League slated to kick off on September 6, the Phobians will kick off their campaign with a home game against newly promoted side Basake Holy Stars.
