Mali legend, Frederic Kanoute has expressed admiration for Mohammed Kudus.
The Ghana international has dominated the media headlines following his explosive performances in his debut season in the Premier League.
Kudus netted 14 times for the Hammers and also played a key role in their Europa League campaign where they exited at the quarterfinals after losing to Bayer Leverkusen.
However, Kanoute, who is a Barcelona FC legend praised the 23-year-old attacker, adding that he likes his style of play.
“I would like to see young players as well like Mohammed Kudus from West Ham," he told 3Sports.
"I think he has been really good and I really like his style of play. It is very multipurpose on the pitches," he added.
Meanwhile, Mohammed Kudus has been linked to Saudi Arabian clubs in the ongoing summer transfer window with Liverpool also said to be interested in the former Ajax attacker.
Kudus recently featured in Ghana's back-to-back wins against Mali and Central African Republic in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers.
