Black Queens of Ghana midfielder, Princess Marfo has reacted to her maiden national team call-up.
The talented youngster is currently part of the Black Queens team in Japan preparing for this weekend’s high-profile international friendly match.
Speaking to the media team of the Black Queens ahead of the Japan friendly, Princess Marfo said it’s a pleasure for her to be part of the national team for the first time.
She assured that she would do her best for the Black Queens anytime she is given the opportunity to play for Ghana.
“It’s a pleasure to join the Queens for the first time. The atmosphere has been pleasing. My teammates have been welcoming and I’m really looking forward to Saturday’s game against Japan.
"I’m looking forward to doing my best every day on the field to serve the country,” Princess Marfo said.
Ghana takes on Japan on Saturday, July 13, at Kanazawa Go Go Curry Stadium.
