Kryvbas Kryvyi decide against buying Konadu Yiadom on permanent deal

Ukrainian club Kryvbas Kryvyi has opted not to exercise the purchase option for Konadu Yiadom, sending him back to Ghana as his loan spell concludes at the end of June.

His total appearances during the loan tenure remain undisclosed. He initially joined Kryvbas Kryvyi on loan with an option for a permanent deal.

Yiadom, previously with the West African Football Academy, left Hearts of Oak after failing to agree on a contract extension with the club.

The defender played a significant role for Hearts of Oak upon his arrival, featuring in over 18 matches and netting one goal during the 2022/23 season.

Yiadom's departure marks the end of a successful stint with Hearts of Oak, where he contributed to the club's victories in the MTN FA Cup, and President's Cup.

He joined Hearts of Oak they brought him in from WAFA and played just one season for them.

The next steps for the former WAFA defender are unknown as to whether he will return to Hearts of Oak or a different local club.
