Nations FC defender Razak Simpson targets Ghana Premier League title success

Nations FC defender Razak Simpson says his outfit objective is to annex the Ghana Premier League title at the end of the season.

The Abrankese-based club made a solid debut in the Ghana Premier League last term, finishing seventh.

The team were in contention for the Premier League but bottled the title latter part of the campaign following an unimpressive results.

Speaking to Kessben FM, as followed by Footballghana.com, Simpson, who is currently the skipper of Nations FC reiterated his outfits desire to clinch the title this season.

Despite targeting the title, Simpson says his side will take it game after game to reach their objective.

“Our target is to win the Ghana Premier League but for now, we want to take it game after game” he said.

Nations FC dropped points in their opening Ghana Premier League game at the Dr Kwame Sports Complex. They played out a pulsating goalless draw.

The Abrankese-based club will travel to face Young Apostles at the Wenchi Park on Sunday in matchday 2 of the domestic top-flight.
