The Technical director of Cercle Brugge, Rembert Vromant has indicated that the club is elated with the signing of Ghanaian midfielder Lawrence Agyekum.
According to him, the signing of the talented youngster is a show of commitment to remain true to the club’s principles.
"With the arrival of Lawrence Agyekum, we remain true to our principles in which we aim to attract young, talented and energetic players with growth potential,” Rembert Vromant said on Thursday, July 4, after Cercle Brugge announced the signing of the player.
The Technical Director of the Belgian club continued, “Lawrence is a versatile profile that we would like to add to our core after the departure of Lopes Da Silva. We are confident that he will integrate quickly as he has experience with similar game principles as Cercle. Welcome!”
At Cercle Brugge, Lawrence Agyekum has signed a season-long loan deal.
He comes from Austrian giants Red Bull Salzburg and will hope to make a mark in the Belgian Pro League.
