The Black Maidens have stepped up their preparations ahead of their quarter final clash with Mexico on Sunday.
Coach Evans Adotey took the ladies through the session on Friday morning at their camping base in Montevideo.
The team having played so well at the competition this year will be hoping to seal a semi final berth on Sunday. Below is a video of the team training at their camping base

The Maidens finished the first round with a 100 percent record after winning all three group games.
They first defeated hosts Uruguay5-0 and then hammered Finland 3-1 and then finished the group off with a 2-0 win over New Zealand.
