The Ghana male senior national team has held a final training session today ahead of the showdown with Egypt on Thursday, January 18.

The Black Stars are set to face off with the Pharaohs tomorrow in their second Group B contest at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament currently ongoing in Egypt.

The match will be played at Stade Félix-Houphouët-Boigny in Abidjan.

Ahead of the game, the Black Stars led by head coach Chris Hughton trained this evening to finalise preparations.

Ghana star Mohammed Kudus trained with his teammates and looks ready to return to action in the game against Egypt after missing the opening match at the AFCON against Cape Verde.

The crucial Group B clash between Ghana and Egypt will kick off at 8 pm.

The Black Stars must avoid a defeat to stay in contention for qualification to the knockout stage of the 34th edition of the AFCON in Ivory Coast.
