We pray next season will be successful for Hearts of Oak – Former captain Fatawu Mohammed

Former Hearts of Oak captain Fatawu Mohammed has shared his opinion following the club’s unimpressive performance in the past two seasons.

The Phobians has not finished in the top ten teams in the Ghana Premier League in the last two seasons.

The Ghanaian giants placed 12th last two seasons before finishing 14ht in th recently concluded Ghana Premier League campaign.

Speaking to DelSoka on YouTube, Fatawu Mohammed, who plays for Karela United presently expressed worry about the Phobians struggles in recent times.

“That is where we all started. Hearts of Oak is in our blood. For the past two seasons, things have not been going on well for the team and that’s how football is. I will urge my colleagues there not to give up. They should keep fighting. We pray that next season will be successful for the team” he said.

The Phobians will be hoping to turn things around in the upcoming Ghana Premier League campaign.

The 2024/25 league season will commence in September 2024.
