Nsoatreman head coach, Yaw Preko, is eager for his team to carry the momentum and confidence gained from their CAF Confederation Cup success into the upcoming Ghana Premier League campaign.

Speaking in an interview with the club’s media, Preko highlighted the belief his players have after progressing to the second round of the continental competition in their debut season.

“We went to Africa, it was hectic but we managed to sail through and we are taking that confidence and belief into the Premier League to make sure that we start very well,” he said.

Despite a 1-0 loss to Samartex in the Ghana Super Cup, the team is determined to make a strong start in the league.

Nsoatreman will face newcomers Young Apostles in their opening game of the 2024/25 Ghana Premier League season at 17:00 GMT on Sunday, September 8. Preko’s side aims to build on their fourth-place finish and MTN FA Cup win from last season.
