Ghana international Osman Bukari has vowed to score more goals for Austin FC in the Major League Soccer after netting his debut goal for the club on Saturday.

The Black Stars pacey winger registered his name on the scoresheet as his outfit cruised to a 2-0 win over Nashville.

The highly-profiled winger applied pressure and stole the ball close to the centre circle, raced forward and rounded up the Nashville goalkeeper before slotting home into a gaping net.

Austin FC went ahead before the break (first half) through Jon Gallagher in the 43rd minute.

Bukari was making his second league appearance for Joshua Wolff’s side after switching from Red Star Belgrade.

“First of many more goals to come. Really excited for this hard earned one. Thanks to the fans for the love and support so far. Alhamdullilah for everything” he wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter.

The 23-year-old joined Austin in July 2024 from Red Star Belgrade where he made a total of 56 league appearances, tallied 19 goals and provided six assists.

He will be hoping to maintain his form throughout the season for Austin FC.
