Asante Kotoko's new signing Joseph Ablorh has described it as a dream come true to wear the red jersey of the Porcupine Warriors.

He said this after the Ghanaian giants announced his signing on a two-year deal on Wednesday, July 17, 2024.

Ablorh joined Asante Kotoko after last playing for Hafia FC in the Guinean Premier League and is thrilled to play for the most successful club in Ghana.

“It’s a great privilege to join Asante Kotoko, a club with such rich history and passionate supporters," he told the club.

"As a Ghanaian, returning home to play for this prestigious club is a dream come true for me.

Joseph Ablorh stood out as a key player for Hafia FC, praised for his robust tackling, aerial dominance, and leadership skills.

His impressive displays during the 2020/2021 season in the top-tier league in Guinea secured him a place in the Season's Best XI.

Asante Kotoko is recruiting these players to address the gaps created by the departure of more than 20 players at the season's conclusion.
