Ghana head coach Otto Addo is aiming for a winning start to their 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying match next week.

Ghana's first two qualifiers for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations will see them face off against Angola and Niger in September 2024.

The Black Stars will host Angola on September 5th at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi, kicking off their Group F campaign.

They will then travel to Niamey to take on Niger four days later in Berkane, Morocco.

These early matches will set the tone for Ghana's quest to secure a spot in the prestigious continental tournament, as they aim to build momentum and establish their dominance in the group.

Otto Addo has already had a good start to his second stint as Ghana coach in competitive matches, securing back to back wins against Mali and the Central African Republic.

He will hope to build on this momentum and the early season form of his players to get the wins against Angola and Niger.
