Winning 2024/25 Ghana Premier League title is our goal – Medeama SC Board Chairman, Tony Aubynn
Dr. Tony Aubynn

The Board Chairman of Medeama Soccer Club, Dr Tony Aubynn has categorically reiterated that their ambition is to win the upcoming 2024/25 Ghana Premier League title.

The Yellow and Mauve failed to defend their title and eventually lost it to FC Samartex during the 2023/24 season.

With the new season set to kick off on September 6, Mr Aubynn beleives that winning the Premier League, and FA Cup and participating in Africa gives them up hand over their competitors.

“We are focused on winning the league. You cannot enter a competition like this and expect anything less than first place," he told Graphic Sports.

"Medeama is no longer a new team in the league; we have matured, having won the league and the FA Cup before.

"We’ve also represented Ghana in Africa, so winning the league is definitely our goal,” Dr Aubynn added.

Medeama SC will begin their 2024/25 Ghana Premier League season with a home game against Accra Lions at the T&A Park.
